"Flat" paper mache paintings

The top one started out as a cardboard box. I broke it down flat, paper mached it and painted. The bottom 2 are made by using a curved piece of cardboard with plastic over it and taping string across. Then I put paper mache on them and painted. The orange one is really lined ridges, but looked like bumpy fabric when I photographed it in a certain light so I did the blue one reverse. It's actually bumps that are supposed to look like ridges.
